You have several options for booking with us. You can simply send us an email - we usually reply within a few hours. You can fill out our inquiry form to make it even easier for us to prepare a quote. Or you can use the online booking portal SPACEBASE and book and pay immediately with automatic confirmation.

How does the coffee machine work?
There is a manual hanging in the kitchen next to the coffee machine. You can also find a video here: http://bit.ly/3XAmGZP
How does the dishwasher work?
Liane1: Place a tab (in the jar on the shelf) in the compartment and switch on the dishwasher (1). Then turn the wheel with the programs (2). Activate the washing mode (3). Wait a moment to see if the dishwasher starts.
Where do I find the WLAN password?
You will either find it in the booking confirmation that you received directly after booking, or it will be on the inside of the door of the red first aid box.
We need / or need more equipment!
Please give us a call and we will direct you to our storage room where we keep all the equipment.
We are a bit cold!
Please turn up all radiators manually. In room Liane 1 there are also 2 radiators behind the backrest of the sofa area. The fan also has a winter mode that conveys the warm air downwards.
We would like more beverages!
Please call us and we will direct you to our storage room where we keep all the drinks.
Can we stay longer?
Please give us a call or send us an email and we will check the calendar to see if it is possible.
Can we remove plants?
No, please don't.

Questions in advance:

Is there staff on site?
Not normally. We don't have a reception or office on site. Isabella and Marcus are your contacts. You can reach them at any time. We also offer a welcome service if you prefer to have someone to greet the first guests, cooks coffee and helps you with the projector, for example.
How do I get the key?
We have key boxes at all doors. After booking, you will receive a PDF with all the important information and an individual code for the box on the space door. The keys must ALWAYS be locked back in the boxes immediately after use.
When can I enter the space?
You can enter the booked space at any time within the booking period stated on your booking confirmation. Set-up and dismantling must be taken into account.
How long do I have for assembly and dismantling?
If you want to prepare the space for your event, these times must be integrated into the booking period.
When do I pay the rent?
We will write an invoice a few days after the event and send it to the e-mail address you provided.
Can I still adjust the booking?
That is of course no problem. Write us an email or give us a call. If necessary, we will also write you a new offer. Otherwise we will add the changes to the invoice.
Can I change the portions for catering?
You can adjust the portions up to 1 week, but at the latest up to 3 days beforehand.
How will my guests find the sapce?
LIANE is located in the second backyard. There are signs pointing the way and a bell connected to a door opener at the gate on the street. Nevertheless, we recommend that you bring your own printed sheets with the name of the event and stick them in the passageways with adhesive tape.
Can parcels be delivered the location?
Unfortunately, this is not possible without further ado, as we are not on site and the parcels will not arrive safely. But if you need an address for important deliveries, we can try to help you.
Where can I park my car?
We recommend traveling by public transport and bicycle. There are no parking spaces on the site. But you can park for free in the surrounding streets.
How is the kitchen equipped?
There is a fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, kettle, various coffee machines, milk frother, thermos flasks and press pots, tableware, cutlery, salt, sugar and basic cooking equipment. If you would like to cook, it is best to discuss what you need with us in advance.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, that's no problem.

A part of every booking goes to projects that work to make the world a better place. For example, we regularly contribute as a supporting member of GREENPEACE, we plant trees and much more. Under certain conditions, we also give a discounts to sustainable and social companies and NGOs, helping others to make the world a better place. In addition, we pay attention to sustainability at all levels: green electricity, fair bank, recycled toilet paper and paper towels, environmentally friendly cleaning products, fans / no air conditioning, glass bottles, organic soft drinks, fair trade organic coffee, well connected to public transportation. Our catering menu is purely vegetarian or vegan. We work hand in hand with a local caterer. We jointly avoid packaging waste wherever we can. The crockery and cutlery is on site and can also be cleaned there.
